Overview

Hands‑on role supporting network infrastructure, security systems, and VoIP across multiple sites. Ideal for someone who enjoys field work, installs, and troubleshooting.


What You’ll Do

+ Install and support switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi

+ Support ISP‑grade networks (routing, VLANs, basic CGNAT)

+ Monitor networks and respond to outages

+ Perform rack installs, cable management, and hardware swaps

+ Install and support:

+ IP cameras (CCTV) and NVRs

+ Access control systems (card readers, keypads, doors)

+ VoIP phones and SIP services

+ Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and hardware issues

+ Maintain basic documentation (diagrams, configs, updates)

+ Work with vendors, IT teams, and site staff

+ Handle service tickets and preventative maintenance
