New Accounts & Customer Onboarding Specialist

COL Financial Group is seeking a New Accounts Staff member in Pasig to oversee approval of online account applications and educate clients on our products. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You will assist customers through the application process to their first trade while supporting various marketing initiatives. This role requires collaboration in a hybrid setup. Bachelor's degree is necessary, and experience in sales or customer support is preferred.
