Mô tả công việc: Chi tiết công việc:
● Provide post-implementation support and training to clients on system usage.
● Conduct follow-up meetings to understand customer challenges and suggest effective solutions.
● Support the sales team with product demos and client presentations.

Yêu cầu công việc:
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
● Has 2–3 years of experience in the IT/SaaS field. 
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Languages
● Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
● Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
