- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to establish and implement quality control processes throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify and communicate quality-related issues to superior and customer to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
- Train and educate production staff on quality standards and best practices.
