Position Scope

The Night Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours while ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and resort property.

This role combines concierge, operational, and security duties, requiring a proactive, customer-focused individual who can respond effectively to guest needs, maintain resort standards, and handle security-related responsibilities with professionalism and care.
