This role is for a healthcare company in the BPO industry handling US Healthcare accounts.
Qualifications
- Must have more than 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager in a BPO setup
- Strong background in UMR, Prior Authorization, and Billing
- Experience handling US Healthcare accounts
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Amenable to 100 percent onsite work in Ortigas
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
