Night Shift Operations Manager

Waste and Recycling experience is desirable.

Pay Rate: £36,951.25 Grade: M Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off - 18:00-06:00 Location: Gatwick Airport

PLEASE NOTE: This role will be based at the Recycling Centre with Gatwick Airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Implement actions as directed to reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks.
• Implement Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program on a daily basis to confirm behaviours and processes are followed as specified.
• Report and investigate incidents within the workplace and respond to or elevate issues of non‑compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
