- Provide confident overnight leadership, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of exceptional service in line with daytime standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, maintaining a warm, professional, and attentive presence throughout the night.
- Assume full managerial responsibility for the resort during overnight hours, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departments.
- Manage and follow up on all guest requests with precision, care and attention to detail, in accordance with Fairmont service standards.
- Support the Night Manager in the training, development and ongoing performance of the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through constructive, professional communication.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures to uphold consistency and excellence.
