NOCStakeholder engineer

We are looking for a Stakeholder Engineer with 24 years of experience in the building construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure all necessary approvals, NOCs, and permits are obtained in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g. ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, Etisalat, etc.) for obtaining approvals and NOCs.
• Review and prepare drawings/documents required for submission to authorities.
• Follow up on approval status and ensure timely resolution of comments or requirements.
• Maintain updated records of submissions, approvals and correspondence with authorities.
• Liaise with consultants and project teams to ensure design and site compliance with authority standards.
• Support project management and site teams in resolving authority-related issues.
