Opportunity Description
Conduct process and operational training for non-clinical departments Train employees on HMS/ERP systems, departmental workflows, and internal processes Handle training for Front Office, Billing, TPA, Call Center, Administration, CRM, and Patient Coordination teams Coordinate induction and department-specific training for new joiners Ensure employees are trained on company SOPs, policies, and operational standards Schedule and manage training batches across multiple locations Track training attendance, assessments, and completion reports Conduct process refreshers and compliance-based training sessions Work closely with department heads to identify operational training gaps Prepare training MIS reports and maintain training documentation Support audits by maintaining training records and compliance trackers Monitor post-training performance and coordinate with managers for improvement plans
