Key Requirements:
- Must have experience as a Non-DOT Ready Mix Truck Driver working in a commercial, civil, or industrial construction environment, be familiar with basic power tools, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products.
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete around the facility
- Follow delivery instructions and communicate with dispatch, batch plant personnel, and job site foremen
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Operate truck controls to pour and deliver concrete safely and accurately
- Monitor the consistency and temperature of concrete, making minor adjustments if necessary
- Wash down chutes and trucks after delivery to maintain cleanliness and prevent concrete build-up
