Non Financial Risk specialist

Overview

At ING we are looking for a Non-Financial Risk Specialist to join the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team of ING Spain. In the role of NFR Specialist, you will report to the Head of NFR. ING is restructuring its processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform into a Digital Bank with end-to-end “straight through processing”. The NFR team oversees global NFR policies and best practices within ING Spain, advising and challenging risk/control owners on the effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. The team monitors and reports ING Spain’s adherence to the NFR risk appetite and produces the quarterly Non-Financial Risk dashboard (NFRD) report. The NFR team focuses on:
