Software Test Engineer (Non Functional tester)

• Develop, document, and execute test cases to evaluate system performance, including load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Conduct non-functional testing using both manual methods and automation tools to ensure compliance with defined performance benchmarks and quality standards.
• Assess test results and produce comprehensive reports outlining system performance, stability, and areas for improvement.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience in non‑functional testing across REST APIs, IBM MQ, and GUI applications, including performance, load, and resiliency/failover testing.
