The Essentials
- Fixed Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (Non-negotiable because of training).
- Location: On-site in Barcelona (Glòries area).
- Contract: 38.5h/week, rotatory shifts (09:00 - 20:00).
Your Role
As a Customer Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the travel experience. You will:
- Support Norwegian-speaking travelers and accommodation partners via phone and email.
- Solve inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and special requests.
- Mediate between guests and hosts to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a high level of service while navigating internal CRM tools.
