Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing activities for NPI and Engineering Builds
- Follow procedures and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and cross-teams
- Conduct analysis for manufacturability and performance
- Support product development and update stakeholders
- Plan projects, assess resources and review costs
- Lead technical work, root cause, and failure analysis
- Manage projects from Kick-off to industrialization
- Procure tools, materials, and equipment for samples
- Drive improvements in yield, quality, cost and defects
