- Monitor and improve yield of NPI parts by collaborating with customers, product, process, and quality engineers
- Develop new processes and methods to enhance the plant’s capability in producing high-end PCB products
- Evaluate and qualify new materials to meet customer requirements in electrical performance and thermal reliability
- Work closely with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to optimize production yield
- Drive cost reduction and yield improvement at the design stage together with customers and suppliers
- Ensure on-time delivery of NPI parts by coordinating with Production Control and Manufacturing teams
