- Build & Lead – Recruit, develop, and inspire OT nurses for Major Surgery and Day Surgery Units
- Clinical Excellence – Create and implement evidence-based protocols and performance benchmarks
- Operational Mastery – Oversee rosters, budgets, and workflow efficiency across surgical suites
- Future-Proofing – Champion digital tools, robotics, and integrated patient care systems
- Registered withSingapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- 10+ years clinical experiencewith at least2+ years in perioperative leadership
- Proven experience inhospital setup, commissioning, or expansion
- Strong project management skills + a visionary mindset
