Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and referrals.
- Monitor patients’ conditions through observation and vital signs readings.
- Develop nursing care plans based on individual patient needs.
- Provide health education to patients and their families.
- Document patient progress and changes in condition accurately.
- Ensure all medical records are maintained properly.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and national health regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred but not essential.
