Summary

The Nurse Manager provides leadership, clinical practice and staff development for one nursing unit, and is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice at the unit level. The Nurse Manager is accountable to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical and support staff, and appropriate resource and service management related to patient care.
