Nurse Practitioner - Community Health Leader

A First Nation community health organization in Central Ontario is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide essential primary healthcare services. The successful candidate will assess and diagnose health issues, manage chronic illnesses, and support the community in health promotion and disease prevention. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Certification, and relevant experience. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $56,240 - $67,240. Preference may be given to Indigenous candidates with knowledge of the community.
