Premise offers a wide range of dynamic, purpose-driven career opportunities. We are currently looking for a Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Elko, NV.

This role will support the Primary Care service line. Anticipated schedule will include alternating 4x10 shifts of 8am-7pm Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday. This role will also cover 1 weekend per month for urgent care (Sat, Sun 8am-12pm). Position is also eligible to receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus!
