In this position you will provide comprehensive, integrated, and trauma‑informed care at our Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) located in Abbotsford, BC . UPCC’s are dedicated to delivering timely, person‑centred, culturally safe, trauma‑informed longitudinal and urgent primary care. Our model of care offers holistic team‑based care by supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support.
