Role Overview
We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across Country . This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
- Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Provide on-call incident response support
- Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
- Maintain system documentation
