The Role:

You'll be the dedicated HR partner for our NZ business units, working closely with people leaders to deliver proactive HR support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning. You'll be part of a collaborative HR team, reporting to the HR Manager, and playing a key role in building a high-performing, values-led culture across ANZ.
