Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client’s Adult Social Care team in Ceredigion, Wales.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality, person-centred interventions.

What will your responsibilities be?

Complete Care Act-compliant functional assessments for adults with physical disabilities, long-term conditions, and complex needs.

Develop and implement reablement plans, promoting independence and reducing reliance on long-term care.

Advise on major and minor adaptations, including Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG), and recommend assistive technology solutions.
