Coverage Areas: Franklin County, parts of Madison and Delaware Counties

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Range: $50/HR- $53/HR

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes, to include the assessment and development of a POC, ongoing evaluation and oversight of OTA.
