Occupational Therapist
Part Time, First Shift
The Occupational Therapist shall evaluate and treat patients; develop a treatment plan; and set goals for patients. Patient and family education is included in the treatment plan and goals.
Job Duties:
Completes appropriate functional evaluation including assessment of pain for various musculoskeletal/neurological conditions.Provides services to improve functional independence and/or reduce pain such as: Therapeutic procedures/exercises or activities to promote ROM, strength, coordination, balance, functional mobility (bed mobility and transfers), ADL training (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.), visual perceptual training, cognitive training, or splinting.Provides ongoing assessment and advances/modifies treatment plan according to patient’s response.Completes evaluation form, treatment notes, progress reports a...
