About the role

Optimal Living Therapy is a clinically led occupational therapy practice working with adults with complex disability across Perth Metro, we have also recently commenced community aged care work as well.

Our founder, operations lead, and clinical lead are all occupational therapists and all continue to work clinically. We understand the sector because we are in it. We’ve built the business deliberately around strong clinical governance, financial sustainability, and systems that support clinicians to do meaningful work well, and to stay in the profession long term.
