I’m Lisa, an Occupational Therapist and Director at Strive to Thrive Therapy. I still work clinically alongside our team, and I see too many capable OTs burn out, not because they weren’t good at their job, but because the structure around them didn’t support sustainable practice.

We’re a fully mobile OT team supporting adults across Brisbane and surrounds. Our work is primarily NDIS-funded, with some aged care, and focuses on functional assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and capacity building that creates practical, lasting change.
