Ocean Export Operations Coordinator

Professional, dynamic freight forwarder is looking for an ambitious individual to smoothly handle international ocean export shipments. 

 

Main Responsibilities:
Carry out shipping instructions for LCL, FCL and project cargo. 
Obtain, create, and distribute all required documentation.

File AES in accordance with regulations. 

Provide quotes and ensure rates are filed prior to cargo being tendered. 
Reserve space and equipment, and place bookings with carriers.

Comply with all legal requirements for origin and destination.
Review accuracy of all information and reconcile any discrepancies.
Track and trace shipments, and advise all parties of any delays.
Provide destination with information required for clearance.
Record financial transactions for payments, billing and invoicing.
