Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- You will be required to scan, note down and verify any public behavior infringements from CCTV monitors.
- Consolidate all public behavior infringements and submit report to customers.
- Attend to enquiries regarding verification of public behavior infringements and other related services.
- Report faulty cameras or breakdowns. Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments.
- Resolve all in scope enquiries and take appropriate escalation actions when required.
- Minimum O Level or equivalent
- Basic computer skills required
- Able to converse well with customers on enquiries
- Good team player and able to work independently
