Join our team as a Product Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in configuring and supporting Odessa (LeaseWave) modules. This role involves acting as the technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for platform setup, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support. You will troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to lease lifecycle processing, billing anomalies, and accounting postings, ensuring platform stability and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Odessa platform (leasing, lending, or loan servicing modules).
