Managing the Things Happening Inside the Office
- Assist in monitoring the daily happenings inside the office to ensure a welcoming and smooth environment.
- Help coordinate general repairs and maintenance (e.g., air conditioners, pest control, water dispensers).
- Track and ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working order.
- Provide general administrative support to the Research Ops team as needed.
Human Resources Related Matters
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of onboarding sessions for new full-time members and future interns.
- Help maintain and organize employees’ personal files and records.
- Assist in drafting and formatting basic HR and employment-related letters under supervision.
- Share fresh perspectives by helping us identify potential gaps in our current administrative processes.
