Office Manager

We are currently seeking an Office Manager in our Hudson, WI office to lead and inspire our retail team while cultivating relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate goal achievement through ongoing coaching and training of retail team members


• Direct, coordinate, and monitor activities of the retail staff


• Coordinate office facility and maintenance needs


• Maintain knowledge of deposit and loan products and promote office growth


• Perform customer service-related activities to create and maintain relationships


• Open/close accounts; cross-sell products during account opening


• Active community involvement
