- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Certification in Business Administration will be advantageous
- 5+ years experience in an Office Co-ordination, Office Administration, Facilities Co-ordination, or Operations Support role
- Previous experience in a corporate, professional services, telecommunications, or technology environment
- Minimum 2 years experience managing company equipment, office assets, inventory control, and reporting
- Experience working with digital tools, reporting systems, and operational tracking platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
- Google Workspace experience advantageous
- Basic understanding of office health and safety procedures and facilities management protocols
