Office Operations & Experience Manager

What You’ll Do

The Business Support Executive is the operational backbone of the Singapore office. This role provides leadership, coordination and on-the-ground execution across facilities, office services, workplace experience, compliance, events and HR coordination. The BSE ensures that the office functions seamlessly day-to-day while also contributing to strategic operational improvements across SEA.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong service orientation, excellent organisational skills and the maturity to supervise vendor teams, uphold office standards, and collaborate confidently with cross-functional partners.
