Opportunity Description
Officer, Airfreight Import Operation Your Responsibilities Coordinate with overseas agents to arrange shipments and follow up on shipment status Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and progress information Monitor import shipment schedules and arrival status
- Check and verify import documents Send pre-advice to customers and customs clearance teams Receive documents from airlines and inform customers for collection Prepare customer invoices for billing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing records Prepare job summaries and close shipment files Handle operational issues and provide solutions for daily operations Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports
