Responsibilities
- Develop LNA design, conduct learning needs assessment usingappropriate methodologies, and analyze the learning needs of prospective participants and partners;
- Conduct research about the trends in training development to ensure learning and development programs and toolsremainrelevant and incorporate best practicesin the field;
- Develop macro/microlearning design, learning content, and identifyappropriate toolsto use for a variety of delivery platforms;
- Organize and implement the assigned training and development programs;facilitatevirtual, blended, and face to face training and serve as a resource persontoa specific area of competence;
