Offshore Artificial Island Construction Lead

TALENTMATE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Manager for an offshore topside PMC project. This role involves leading all onsite construction activities, managing civil and underground infrastructure works, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering and have 12–15 years of experience in major infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are critical.
