Offshore Delivery Manager

Position Description:

This position is only in POLAND, working hybrid from the Warsaw office

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate delivery operations for Canadian clients from our Poland office. The ideal candidate has strong experience in project and delivery management, Agile software development environments, and full employee lifecycle management including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and employee separation processes. Due to client collaboration requirements, this role must maintain overlapping, adjusted working hours with Eastern Time (ET) and be available until at least 1:00 PM ET (7:00PM CET).
