O&M Engineer Intern - Spain

As the O&M Engineer, you will ensure the smooth operation and meticulous documentation of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external project documents, maintaining filing systems for both physical and digital records.
• Support the creation of protocol formulas for documentation submissions within projects.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents before uploading to the document management system.
• Implement documentation and change control using electronic systems.
• Review proposed changes to controlled documents and raise risks to the PMO.
• Administer the submittal process according to company and customer standards.
• Follow up and control O&M tickets.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job sites through collaboration with the purchasing department.
