O&M Operator (Operation & Maintenance)

ATIXperts is looking for an O&M Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems. The role focuses on ensuring efficient plant performance, routine monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.

Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or relevant field

Experience

3–5 years in water treatment plant operations (RO/UF preferred)

Nationality

Any (UAE-based or willing to relocate)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RO, UF, and other treatment systems efficiently
• Conduct routine checks on pumps, valves, instruments, and dosing systems
• Maintain log sheets, performance data, and operational records
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Ensure plant performance meets quality and production targets
• Follow safety procedures and report any abnormalities or issues
