On-Site Customer Support Specialist – eWallet

Resolv Global is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Dagupan, Pangasinan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their eWallet accounts through live chat, phone, and email.

We require strong English communication skills and 2+ years of customer service experience. No finance background is needed, and we provide full training.
