TEKsystems is looking for an Onsite Desktop Support Technician for one of our clients. The successful candidate will have 4 to 5 years of professional technical support experience. This position will be front line technical support including but not limited to technical troubleshooting, computer setup, computer verification, communication issues, Web-ex conference help, teleconferencing help and other technical issues an employee may have. This individual should have some previous experience working in a help desk environment including some experience with data management, and communication as well as managing and deploying images in Intune. We are looking for people who have been in environments supporting 2,000+ users. And skills in command prompt, ip config, ticket ques, troubleshooting, Intune, Citrix, Active Directory and Microsoft technologies.
