The Onboarding Associate facilitates the necessary activities and provides essential information and resources to help new employees start their employment, providing them a seamless and positive experience.

• Serves as the primary point of contact, providing critical support in the pre‑onboarding process to ensure a seamless start for new hires into their employment with the company.
• Coordinates with relevant parties in the timely provision of work tools, ensuring necessary resources are readily available to new hires upon onboarding.
• Implements effective monitoring and record‑keeping practices to ensure compliance of new hire documents with company requirements.
