Onboarding Manager EU

Role Description

We are looking for Onboarding professionals across EU to join International firmsand execute the onboarding process for new clients

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clients
• Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding
• Handle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion

• C1 or higher level of German (written and spoken)
• C1 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
• Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
• Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing
