Online Operations Department Manager

Job Overview

This role is fully on-site at the Distribution Centre in Cheste, serving more than 230 stores and thousands of online customers across Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, with special focus on Transport, Consolidation, Wrapping, Replenishment, and Loading.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with temporary employment agencies.
• Ensure accurate and efficient picking processes, both online and paper-based.
• Work in line with continuous improvement principles.
• Optimize operations while keeping costs under control.
• Compile, monitor, and ensure compliance with budgets and objectives.
• Guarantee a high level of service for our customers.
• Actively use and promote the right to speak up.
• Ensure correct storage of articles.
