Onsite IT Support Technician for Call Center Uptime

Ibex is seeking an IT Site Support Technician in Manila, Philippines, to enhance the uptime of systems at our call center. The role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day IT operations, addressing issues with voice and data infrastructure, and assisting with new hardware installations.
