Onsite L&D Trainer: Onboarding & Coaching Pro

Probe Group is looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer to support onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning within our operations team. You will facilitate training sessions and monitor trainee progress to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in Training, Coaching, or a related role. This full-time position is located onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.

Good communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
