Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and implement production schedules while managing resources to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall product quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs using lean manufacturing principes and data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with the Senior Management to set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to Senior Management.
